Create and send payments and deposits manually on Apartlinker
Note: For deposits, the value from 0 to 48 hours corresponds to when the deposit will be held based on the arrival date. For example: If you set 24 hours, the deposit will be held 24 hours before the start of the reservation.
Go to the dashboard and click the New payment button at the bottom left.
Then, choose between a simple payment or a deposit, enter the required information, and click Create payment so the payment is created and sent by email.
When a payment or deposit is created, an automatic email containing a secure payment link is sent to the guest.
Note: The deposit is only charged if necessary, otherwise it is automatically released after 7 days.
