Protect your properties with automatic deposits on Apartlinker

Enable automatic deposits on your properties so a deposit is automatically sent in addition to the payment

Go to the Properties page and click the gear, then Security deposit, on the property you want to protect.

Start by enabling the deposit, then enter either a fixed amount or a percentage.

Note: The percentage will be a percentage of the booking amount.

Note: The deposit can be disabled at any time by clicking Enable deposit so the switch is off. Click save to confirm.
